Baked Parmesan Croutons recipe
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves.
1 teaspoon of coarse salt.
1 baguette.
¼ cup of olive oil.
½ teaspoon of freshly-ground black pepper.
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Line a baking sheet with a silicone non-stick baking mat.
Cut the baguette into ¼-inch diagonal slices.
Crush the garlic with the salt.
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic-salt paste, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
