Homemade Croutons recipe

Ingredients:

½ stick of butter.
3 slices of day-old bread, toasted, broken into bite-sized pieces.
½ teaspoon of garlic salt.
¼ teaspoon of dried rosemary.
¼ teaspoon of dried sage.
¼ teaspoon of dried thyme.

Directions:

Melt the butter in a sauté pan.

Add the toasted and broken bread.

Sprinkle the garlic salt, rosemary, sage and thyme on top of the bread.

Toss the bread pieces constantly until all the butter has been absorbed.
