Parsley Croutons recipe
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
3 slices of white bread.
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, minced.
Salt.
Directions:
Cut the slices of bread into half-inch cubes.
In a heavy large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the bread cubes and season with the salt.
Cook about 5 minutes until light brown, stirring frequently.
Stir in the parsley.
Drain on paper towels.
